How can I help?

Take ownership. If you see a problem like litter along the lake, or a weed that needs to be pulled then please take the initiative to resolve the issue. HOA board members are all volunteer. Why do I have to pay dues every year?

The dues are mandatory. Most of the dues goes towards maintaining the two lakes in our subdivision which we are required to do by the city of Franklin. The lakes serve a vital function of managing water runoff in our subdivision.

What if I don’t pay dues like everyone else does?

All homeowners are required to pay dues annually. A letter/bill is distributed in January of each year. If you do not pay dues a lien will be put on your house. Interest and fees will be charged. The lien will need to be cleared before your house can be sold. Please do your part and pay your annual dues on time!

How many houses in our HOA?

Almost 300 houses in Tumblecreek Homeowners Association.

When is Halloween Trick or Treat in Hidden Lakes subdivision?

The Hidden Lakes Trick or Treating will typically take place the Saturday on or before Halloween. Typically, we start trick or treating at 6pm and end at 8pm. If you are open to trick or treaters turn your front lights on. That means you are handing out treats.  Please keep them off if you do not want to participate.

How do I get on the list for occasional email updates?

Please send your email address to hiddenlakesoffranklin@gmail.com and we will add you to the list. If you want to be removed please send another email asking to be removed.

When will a particular street be repaved?

Please contact the city of Franklin for that kind of information.

I see cars blowing by stops signs in our subdivision. What can we do?

Try to get the license plate number and contact the police non-emergency number (414-425-2522). They will follow up with the driver. Also, you can call the Franklin police traffic division and ask for monitoring of a particular area.

How to stop malicious activity around the lake areas?

To report inappropriate behavior, call the Franklin police non-emergency number (414-425-2522).  If you feel threatened call 911.

How to stop trespassing and fishing by non-residents near at the lakes?

To the best of our knowledge trespassing and fishing by non-residents is not allowed. To report trespassers, call the Franklin police non-emergency number (414-425-2522).
