🌊Our ponds are a special part of the Hidden Lakes, and we want our residents to enjoy them responsibly. Below are answers to common questions and reminders.
The ponds are for Hidden Lakes residents only.
Non-residents may be asked to leave and could be subject to trespassing.
Can I fish in the ponds?
Yes! Only Hidden Lakes residents can fish there.
Catch & release?
Yep — it’s catch and release only.
Are boats allowed?
No. Boating is not permitted on Hidden Lakes ponds.
Can we swim?
No — for safety reasons, swimming is not allowed.
Please respect the homes that back up to the ponds.
Avoid loud gatherings, parties, or disruptive behavior near the water.
Alcohol, smoking, and drug use are not permitted.
Out of courtesy, residents are asked not to remain at the ponds after sundown.

Enjoy the beauty of our community trails! Whether you're walking, jogging, or just taking in the scenery, please use the trails responsibly.

🚗 Parking Policies – Standard Winter Night Parking (December 1 – April 1)
Prohibited Hours:
Mondays through Saturdays: No parking between 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
Sundays: No parking between 3:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
🐾 Pet Rules We love our four-legged neighbors! To keep our community safe and enjoyable for everyone, please remember:
Always keep pets on a leash
Clean up after your pet
Be mindful of noise and others around you
Can I feed ducks, geese, or other wildlife?
Please don’t. Feeding wildlife causes problems and harms the ponds.
What about yard waste?
Do not dump grass clippings, leaves, or debris into the ponds.
Can I skate or walk on the ponds in winter?
No — ice is never considered safe, and skating or walking on it is not allowed.
Have a safety or maintenance concern?
