Each year, our Directors & Staff organize and plan events that bring us closer together as a subdivision community. We are here to update you on all of our upcoming events as well as on new plans within the surrounding area. If you have any further questions or would like to make a suggestion, please contact one of our board members.

Volunteers Needed!
We need at least 20 volunteers to clean rocks out of the shoreline and plant lilly pads in the East Pond on either Saturday or Sunday, June 14th and June 15th.
Either watershoes or old tennis shoes are mandatory. If you have waders please bring along. Gardening type gloves are also reccomended.
Please be aware of wildlife such as frogs and turtles during your.

Annual Meeting
Be an active member of your association!
We require, at minimum, ten percent attendance either in person or by proxy representation of our 300 member households to represent a quorum thereby meeting the requirement of our association's By-laws for an annual meeting. If you cannot attend, please consider printing out the proxy voting form and send it along with a neighbor that will be attending so that you may be represented.

Annual Rummage Sale
Join us on the streets of the subdivision for our annual rummage sale.

Annual Halloween Extravaganza
Join us Saturday, October 26th, 2013, for our yearly haunt through the neighborhood with the starting location of said march to be announced and the begging/trickster portion of the program to commence at 6 PM. Be prepared to gather your youngsters close as all manner of creatures will be out in numbers that terror provoking night. Be sensible in allowing your monsters’ free reign...
